Welcome to TEDxLausanneWomen, where ideas, inspiration, and innovation converge to celebrate the potential and power innate in all of us. Our event is part of the global TEDx community, dedicated to amplifying voices and sharing stories that challenge the status quo, empower change, and inspire action.
This year’s theme is Look Up, a quiet rebellion against staying stuck in what is. It’s the crucial first step of every moon shot, every fresh track, every broken glass ceiling, every act of courage, every impossible proven wrong. When we look up, we start to imagine. To hope. To believe that more is possible.
TEDxLausanneWomen 2025 is a celebration of those who do exactly that—who challenge the way things are by envisioning something better. Rebels, dreamers, pioneers, disruptors, innovators who know the power of this act of resilience, imagination and belief will be taking the stage this November.
This is your invitation to look up and join us
